Terms of Service

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Discord authentication to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CloudCart. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4.1 Currency Types

CloudCart supports three virtual currencies:

• CloudCart Coins - Our native platform currency
• ProBot Credits - Official ProBot currency for Discord users
• ProLexBot Coins - Official ProLexBot currency from our trusted partner

4.2 Virtual Currency Nature

All currencies used on CloudCart are virtual tokens for platform transactions. CloudCart does not exchange these currencies for real money, does not provide refunds to real currency, and is not responsible for any external value these currencies may have outside our platform.

4.3 Currency Purchases

Currency purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5.1 Shop Creation

Users may create one shop per account. Shop creation requires 100 CloudCart Coins unless a promotional offer is active.

5.2 Shop Content

Shop owners are responsible for all content, products, and descriptions in their shops. Content must comply with our policies and applicable laws.

5.3 Prohibited Content

Shops may not sell or promote:

• Illegal products or services
• Stolen or pirated content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Adult content or services
• Weapons, drugs, or other regulated items

6.1 Purchase Process

All purchases are conducted using virtual currencies. Transactions are processed instantly and are final.

6.2 Seller Obligations

Sellers must deliver digital products as described. Failure to deliver may result in disputes and account penalties.

6.3 Platform Fees

CloudCart may charge transaction fees or commissions on sales in the future. If implemented, current fee structures will be displayed during transactions and users will be notified in advance.

7.1 Refund Policy

Refunds for virtual currency purchases are generally not available. Product refunds depend on the payment method used and are handled through our dispute system.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Users may file disputes for products not delivered or not as described. Our team will review and mediate disputes fairly.

7.3 CloudCart Coins Refunds

For purchases made with CloudCart Coins: If a dispute is filed and we determine the customer is in the right, a full refund will be issued to the customer and the amount will be deducted from the merchant's balance. Merchants may also receive warnings or penalties for violations.

7.4 ProBot Credits and ProLexBot Coins

Transactions using ProBot Credits or ProLexBot Coins are NOT refundable under any circumstances due to the nature of these third-party currencies. However, merchants who violate our policies may still receive warnings, penalties, or account suspension.

8.1 Platform Content

CloudCart and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudCart and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CloudCart a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Manipulate prices or engage in market manipulation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use automated tools or bots without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise platform security
• Discover and exploit security vulnerabilities without reporting them to our team
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Services

ProBot Credits and ProLexBot Coins are provided by third-party services. CloudCart is not responsible for issues with these external services.

10.3 Downloaded Content

All files and content downloaded from CloudCart are at your own risk. CloudCart is not responsible for any damage, data loss, viruses, malware, or other harmful elements that may be present in downloaded files. Users are responsible for scanning and verifying all downloaded content before use.

10.4 User-Generated Content

CloudCart is not responsible for content uploaded by users. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products are legal, safe, and as described. CloudCart does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any user-uploaded content.

10.5 Limitation of Liability

CloudCart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CloudCart in the past 12 months.

10.6 No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
